You are right but just give them to learn more how to hold the defect & wasting our time & money. I worked in the supplier company for construction. I know the trade in this field. They are not learning how to completed they target works. Their boss only push them to facing us until they can't stand for pressure from us. Or they might have to resign. Like the good young man who has helped the owner to completed the defect early. They are too young to control the builder & force the sub-contractor to rectify the defect.

we have give them 2 months to learn already, they learn nothing and continue treat us like idiot, but I am not stupid

their effiiciency is slow, always forget things, cannot promise us anything, always tell us to "wait"
they do not use their heart to serve us, and definitely not smart enough (I do not expect them to be as smart as me)
if we really paying salary to them, then we can consider firing them..
they are not kids, and young is not an excuse...
