Hi Everyone,
I just want to let you all know, that according to the information given by Mr. Tony Cheung, manager for the management company at the first estate owners committee meeting - the receptionists are employed by the management office. They are in effect employed by us the owners: their salaries are paid from the management fees paid by all owners each month.

Owners were further informed by Tony, that the receptionists' duties included performing handover work for CK development company.

Upon learning of this and during that first meeting, I raised my objections to this fact, however it seems that no other owners thought that it was not right.

Anyway, my suggestion to you all is this -  since we are paying the wages of the people in the management company - is it only right for the management company to be working for the owners' best interest and not CK development company?
I would like to add this further idea - that if CK has an interest in the management company for our estate - does it present a conflict of interest if the management company is a holding of CK development company?

但係收樓部果2個都係管理處架咩, 應該唔係架喎, 我尋日話要搵佢上司投訴, 落黎果個係收樓部主任符先生喎, 佢2件應該係ck d人黎架喎!

其實真係要同一日時間篤實佢地做架, 我上次都係發爛咋, 個執漏即刻call判頭上黎, 跟住判頭即刻call唔同工種d cf上黎, 成10幾人, 各有各攪個幾鐘之後全部攪掂, 你唔追佢就拖, 你追佢佢就做你果間先, 真係好勞氣!

唔好意思都要講句,我屋企都係盡量自己找師傅做執漏,交返比佢地執漏都係好少,而且都唔係換野,但都係比佢地勁拖,最尾都要發脾氣同佢地講,咁就一日攪掂!

可唔可以再confirm果2個電話錄音機夠竟係邊個請, 如果真係我地比錢, 我想集體出信強烈要求管理處炒咗佢地!
