The existing kitchen's door and main door is fire-rated, strictly speaking, any modification to any one of them will have impact to fire safety. Same as open kitchen, take your own risk as you are adult. Within four walls, unless you modify the main door, it is at your own risk and convenience, as I don't think anyone will install sprinkler or automatic fire fighting equipment at home in HK. |
