業主委員會與業主立案法團

小妹有幸兩種架構也曾参與過，可以與大家分享一下，如果資料有錯漏便請各位更正吧

二者均是代表所有的小業主們去監察管理公司的運作，但只有「業主立案法團」才有能力更換管理公司，而「業主委員會」其實只是像聯誼會一樣並無實權去更換管理公司。
上次與 Tony 他們開會時， Tony 說因目前只有大約 5% 的業主入伙，代表率太低，建議我們先成立「業主委員會」。

大家可有什麼意見呢？

I suggest we set up option one now, move in or not is the point, all owner need to work together to protect our investment, once we set up then we can put pressure to Goodwell management work for us not CK.

like now, you all can see the rooftop light is on, why? is not for looking good, not for security, is only for CK to tell people CK is still have unit for sell

and we all paying for the electricity bill

for CK to make more money.

other issue is :
defect list on public area GM still have not give us a copy yet

still waiting for GM set up meeting with CK for owner express our feedback on all issue.
