1. CK officer said you will need to inform (l guess either verbally or by black and white will be fine) them that you would like a safer version of the door knob.

2. He didn't tell me when the door knobs will be replaced.

3. What I have confirmed is that CK is willing to change the door knobs upon our request. When the knobs will be available is still an unknown.

Hi Isaac,

Do you know which CK number to call and ask them to change the door knob? As I also didn't tell them to change yet.. Since I also have children and want to change it to be more safe for them.

I just called the usual number 31532266.
You just need to tell them your contact info. They will usually call you back around 7:00pm - 9:00pm.

Hey Issac, thanks.. I have just called them and they said they will mark it down to help change.. They (building developers) will then call back us and tell us when to change the door knob.....

That is a very very good news

31532266 is only Goodwell management they not CK,
with the door handle CK and Goodwell is just buying time unless we have the meeting with CK, otherwise still just talk...... no action

we have requested them to change the door knobs and asked them when that can be done. They told us they are now purchasing the new knobs, can't complete the task so soon bor.

we will still move in but will be extra cautious when using the knobs lor.
