What should we change next after door handles? Your wish list!!!!

As CK is going change the door handles for us (a bit surprising actually!! hehe), do you think we should request more? To me:

1. Air-conditioners (not cool enough)
2. Floor tiles in the public area

3. Floor in my flat ---> wooden (This is just a wish )
