some defect for sharing :

minor defect : hundreds, mentioned by most of you already

major defects :
- both toilets floor do not have the slope to let the water to drain out (dont know U guys know what is mean, normally the floor will have the "slope" for the excess water to drain out), therefore the toilets will become a small swimming pool if there is water in the floor
( I recommend all of you must check this)
- crack main door and bath tub
- lots of empty tiles

and many many ...........

must look into the false ceiling in kitchen + toilet
the kitchen ceiling lamp have 3 metal chains, but only 1 is anchored and the remaining 2 is "till till fing"

also must check the water line, have it or not
