問題~~日漸增多!!

大家有mo 發現~
沖涼既時候~d 水一儲少少有d 黃~我逢星期六一拖地~開d 水出黎就甘...
你地有mo 呢d 問題~~??

仲有個club house~

星期日有賓賓係個女廁度坐同食野~"~
攪到好似召集所甘...
另外~超多蚊..隻隻蚊都吸滿血~唔想多留係個度=,=
焗蒸氣室又成日都壞...
有mo 人都遇到呢d 問題??

我超想去投訴~~
但係得一個人去投訴...mo 人理~
希望大家遇到呢d 情況~都幫忙講比管理處知la

They always tells you to DIY lor, just like the warranty of electrical appliances, how come they can just copy the owner's handbook last page and ask you to contact the contractors yourself lor...I give up on them already,
Change the company and we have a better future leh

我之前都想用果個蒸氣室, 但係去親都壞, 真係好想知幾時整好~

仲有我記得初初買樓既時候, 發展想咪話我地會有個私人做spa 既地方, 我想問幾時先會開業, 同埋會開係邊呢?

SPA響地下5座附近, 因為而家市道唔好, 間SPA公司想縮沙, 所以唔知幾時先開, 不過管理處已經發出最後通碟同咗果間公司講7月底之前唔開就會搵第二間!

No service , no income!

One year has nearly past and Goodwell has done nothing to generate income from the club house, now I know why they can have a
deficit balance sheet of nearly 4 million for other estate...and then closing the club house because of ending the liscience wor...I hope
this won't happen to us lah...thanks to the EOC memebers again in monitoring Goodwell in their expenses..many thanks
