Official compliant I sent to CK yestesday.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Please confirm how long is the construction warranty for Sausalito from Cheung Kong Holdings and from when because I am a resident and the owner of a flat of Sausalito, I have asked Goodwell and they said they phone staff of CK Holdings but they did not give us a definite answer, please state clearly for how long and from when?

I have been living in Sausalito for 10 months now and has been very dissappointed with CK as one of the great developers in Hong Kong.

Plants especially the Palm trees are withering, and the gardening has done a bad job in keeping them alive and standing straight, although Goodwell replied that they have a gardener and that some plants have been changed last November, I still see that some plants really turned all brown without anycare.

The pavement outside block one and two still has the same problem, the bricks are not meant to be paving estates floor, they are really under standard, although they are done by subcontractors, how come the developer never bother to monitor and let them pass with not flat floors, bricks breaking and not using proper tiles like other estates in Ma On Shan by CK. I have seen their floors outdoor like Paradise Vista and they look much better than Sausalitos, bricks are meant for walls and not pavement, aren't they?

I hope you can give me an answer promptly and clearly with out dumping the responsibility to Goodwell. If I did not get a reasonable follow up , I would possibly proceed to let the public knows what really happens.
