I have changed it last week, CF just take 1 mins, very sample, and he gave the old 鎖膽 to me, said it can be used for my next house, no need to buy it again..... you know what, I have an idea at that moment, I think the most $ save way is: exchange 鎖膽 by each of us....

haha, very good and funny idea

we can gather a certain no. of owner, say, 20 owners
and then all owner put their own鎖膽 and keys in a large box
and then every just randomly choose one , just like a lucky draw
then can save all the times and $$

Ha ha, Boss, you're not the only one to think about this. I talked about this with one of the members
long time ago, but it is very difficult because you all have to take out all the locks at the same time. I
couldn't do it because of the timing. So I had to buy a new one.

Yes, very bad experience. One shop has very poor atttitude and mark up all the prices. The other has very poor attitude. I won't use those shops again!!!
