Management fee

Management fee

Do you think we should request the management office to list out all the expenses covered by the management fee for the time being and post it in the notice board? So we know where the money goes.

Also, should we gather all the important questions together and pass them to the members and assign them to sit at a different table, so that we won't repeat the
same questions?

Edmond did a very good job in the last meeting. She printed out all the questions and handed out to the members. Maybe, she can do the same thing again if she
wants too.  What do you think, Edmond? Of course, the questions will be all about the property, not individual units. I can help you with all questions if you want.

對不起,一來是因為最近有點私事比較忙碌,二來是大家的意見很分散又仍未收齊及分類,所以我並未集合大家的意見給 Tony,如你覺得有需要寫給他,可能要找其他人幫忙了。

不過這並非是必要的, Tony 曾對我說過他知道我們的要求;其實管理處也時常看我們此網頁,對於我們的不滿及要求等,他們早已瞭如指掌,我們只需自行分工跟進勿讓他們輕輕帶過那些問題便可。

至於那個鬥智遊戲,大家都沒甚反應,不提也罷了

建議各提出意見之業主們盡量出席茶聚去討論問題

最理想是由各提出意見之業主們自行去跟進他們所提出的問題,一來是他們最清楚問題的重要關鍵在那裏,
二來管理處不輕易含糊地敷衍了事。

如果無法出席便請委託對其建議有同感的人去跟進會較佳。

反正是小組形式,不必將所有意見集中給一、二個人,一來壓力太大,二來容易掛一漏萬也

I've been living in Royal Ascot for couple of years and found out that the security fees are way lower around $1.3 per square feet.... And they have a lot of club house facilities but seeing Saualito has so few facilities inside the club house and we are still paying for $1.9 per square feet it is quite expensive.

Can we by anyway, ask the security management to list out where the cost of fees that are used?!? Since it is quite unreasonable when seeing that clubhouse facility example "GYM" also need to pay?!? Because We are seeing La Costa don't need to pay for using the GYM or fitness room....... And La costa is only paying $1.6 per square feet.

I think we need to determine where our security fees are heading and also determine how much it should be for the security fee....

I really don't mind paying $1.9 per square feet for Sausalito if the CLUBHOUSE facility has more facilities and the fees for swimming or shuttle bus fee is lowered ...... Because all other estate has a good proportion of security fee along with club house facility fee's usage.
